Megan Becker has her M.F.A in acting from the New School for Drama in New York. She has acted professionally in both New York, Idaho and Seattle. Some of her theater credits include: Rosie in «Humble Boy» (Stage Left), Florie in «Waiting for Left» (Theater 9/12), Meg in «Crimes of the Heart» and Faye in «Chapter 2» (Woodinville Rep). She’s worked with various theaters as a teaching artist as well. She ran a multi media non-profit for 5 years that created art that not only brought awareness but raised money for social justice causes, called Drybones Artist Collective. She’s been the lead in commercials, music videos, and short films. Megan has also been dancing and teaching professionally for years. She trained with the Hartford Ballet School, Ballet West, Alvin Ailey, Fresno Ballet, and Richmond Ballet to name a few. She was a company member of Spokane Ballet and Katy Hagelin Dance Project. She’s choreographed and taught at highly respected institutions like Seattle Pacific University, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Shoreline Community College, Taproot Theater, the Russian Classical Ballet School, etc.
